Payment Policy
Payment in full is due at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. For your convenience we offer loans and payment plans through Care Credit. For more information on payment plans and to apply go to www.carecredit.com/dentistry/
Insurance Policy
We accept all PPO dental insurances that have out-of-network coverage. Malibu Dental Group is considered out of network for all dental insurances and cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of individual insurance contracts. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company and do everything we can to help you get the benefits you are entitled to. However, you are personally responsible for all charges that are not covered by your dental insurance after 90 days.
Cancelation Policy
When you make an appointment a specific amount of time has been reserved just for you. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, Malibu Dental Group requires a minimum 24 hour notice so that we may offer this appointment to someone else. Missed appointments and last minute cancelations are subject to a cancelation fee. We are aware that sometimes an unexpected illness or emergency will cause you to miss your appointment. We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible to avoid a broken appointment charge.
